In the mood for an american Burger :)

Living in Spain is pretty difficult, not only because of the different culture and kind of people, but because I miss so much my peruvian international food. Spanish people only knows about spanish food and it's pretty difficult to find a good yummy homemade hamburger to fullfill my high expectations...
There are a lot of american franchises here (Mc Donalds, Burger Kind, KFC) but the flavor is just not the same!. It's weird and no one believe me when I say that these franchises are actually good in Perú (not as much as a homemade food, but enough to enjoy a day skipping the diet)..
Anyway.. when there is not solution, the only thing left is make it by youself!
